Rui was appointed member of the board of directors of IGCP, Portugal’s DMO, on August 19, 2022. He has over 20 years working experience in investment banking, within debt capital markets and securitization / structured finance, for Caixa - Banco de Investimento and Millennium investment banking in Portugal, and at DNB in Norway. Rui holds a Master of Applied Finance degree from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia and is a business graduate from Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics in Portugal.
