Monika has been leading the TD Securities Fixed Income Electronic Trading strategy for Europe & Asia since 2017. As part of this role she works with sales, trading & technology teams to bolster electronic trading capabilities and expand the electronic client franchise. With a passion for innovation, Monika diligently monitors technological & regulatory advancements in the market place and drives the adoption of automated workflows. Most recently, Monika’s responsibilities have broadened to encompass providing data & analytics for the TD Securities Fixed Income business. Monika holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from University College London. Beyond her professional pursuits, Monika is a passionate advocate for gender diversity and played a pivotal role as a founding member of the Women in Leadership committee for TD in London to champion for inclusive environments within the workplace.
